The Cliff Hostel is a hidden gem, offering a unique and relaxing experience amidst nature. the design and layout of the hostel are impressive, with the sleeping building resembling a cozy treehouse. the firm and comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep, while the welcoming staff make you feel right at home. the location is idyllic, providing stunning views for watching the sunset and steps leading directly down to the ocean.
The WiFi connection is quite poor and the roosters can be quite loud in the mornings.

We absolutely loved the helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They provided us with useful tips on exploring the area and even made special smoothies and shakes for us. the location of the hostel on the cliff's edge was perfect for snorkeling and provided stunning sunset views.
The rooms also lacked proper enclosure, allowing insects and noises from neighboring rooms to disturb our stay. the basic bathroom facilities and lack of storage space for luggage were a bit inconvenient.

The Cliff Hostel, M'Pay Bay was a beautiful and unique place to stay. We loved the concept of the open-air wood cabins and the dorms with mosquito nets and lockers. The location was perfect, just a five-minute walk from the village, providing a change of scenery for meals but far enough from the noise and mess. The bar had a stunning view, and we could have spent days chilling there. Snorkeling was easily accessible with stairs and a ladder, and we appreciated that they provided snorkels. The meals were nice and reasonably priced. Water refill was also cheap at only 25 cents per liter.

Amazing sunsets and beautiful views from the hotel’s restaurant/bar. Snorkeling equipment available for rent at a cheap price.- Convenient location, just a short walk from the main pier.
Bed bugs were discovered in the morning and staff did not take the issue seriously. Mosquito nets had holes and the mattresses were worn out.

the beds were incredibly comfortable and the atmosphere was nice and cool at night with fans and fresh air. the hostel was kept very clean and the facilities were top-notch. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help me when a dog bit my shoelaces. They even replaced them with their own! Just be careful with leaving your belongings outside your locker, as the dogs can be mischievous.
It was a great value for money and I highly recommend staying here. Cons: Nothing to fault!

The sunset view at this hostel was absolutely stunning! Watching the sun go down over the water was the highlight of my Christmas stay. Another great aspect was the opportunity for snorkeling right from the hostel - it made it so convenient to explore the underwater world. the general bathing area was more comfortable than the private bathroom. It was spacious and well-maintained, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience.
One of the drawbacks was the distance from the town center. It required a bit of walking every time I needed something, which was a bit inconvenient.
